Griff Trading Ltd Terms and Conditions of Trade Updates September 2026

 

PRICE:

•  Prices quoted by the supplier includes GST.
• Prices are quoted on the current exchange and shipping rates; therefore, the supplier reserves the right to alter prices should any of these factors change.

 

PAYMENT:

1. Griff Trading Ltd reserves the right to terminate credit facilities if the stated terms of trade are not complied with.

 

FREE SHIPPING:

• Only applies for orders over $150.00 +
• The applicable discount code will be applied automatically at checkout once the eligible basket threshold is reached. Only one discount tier applies per order.
• Free shipping excludes the purchase of Gift Cards, Carton Deals, already discounted. Excluded items do not count towards the minimum spend thresholds. 
• Free shipping cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• All shop transactions are final.
  
  

OWNERSHIP:

• Ownership of the goods shall pass when the supplier receives full payment from the customer, and until payment has been made in full, the customer agrees that;

a) The goods supplied are held by the customer as bailee to be sold by its agent for and on behalf of the supplier.

b) The supplier, it’s agents or servants, without prejudice to its other rights, may enter the customer’s premises without the necessity of giving any notice to repossess the goods.

 

DELIVERY:

• Griff Trading Limited does not accept any responsibility for non-delivery of goods where the Company is unable to supply the order in full; or where goods have been short shipped to us; or for any other reason beyond the Company’s control.

1. a) Liability for goods purchased is a BUYER’S RISK from the moment the goods leave Griff Trading Limited’s warehouse.  For any loss or damage in transit, please claim on the transporters used in the normal manner, or your insurance company (if applicable).
2. Customers may arrange for their own delivery, providing this complies with Griff Trading Ltd business hours.
3. Orders placed after 2:00PM are NOT guaranteed to be shipped out on same day.

4. If your business uses “Arrange your own shipping” and therefore to use this shipping option, payment is required upon order. In the event of the order being cancelled, there will be a cancellation fee of 15% of the total sales order.

ARRANGE YOUR OWN SHIPPING:

We now have a new service that allows you to arrange your own shipping. We use Castle Parcels and Straight NZ Couriers, and we understand the fluctuations of the costs of shipping can vary between different shipping companies and shipping locations.

Moving forward, you are welcome to use this shipping option if you prefer to arrange your own courier.

By clicking this option, you will need to make payment prior, and we will pack your order and contact you with all required measurements along with the parcel weight that you can forward to your shipping company.

Any cancelled orders will accrue a handling fee of 15% of your order.

REURNS:

If goods have been incorrectly supplied or are of faulty manufacture. Griff Trading Limited will pass a credit, on incorrectly supplied items PROVIDING we are notified within seven (7) days of receipt, and that the goods are returned with confirmation of Griff Trading Ltd the in obviously unused, unmarked, and undamaged condition, to our warehouse.

1. Griff Trading Ltd will NOT issue any refunds for any delivery that has not been signed as “damaged” upon delivery.
2. Griff Trading Ltd will NOT accept returned goods or issue any refunds due to a change of mind, unsold or unused.
3. No refunds or credits are given on products that are on sale or discounted.
4. A 20% RESTOCK FEE will be charged to a customer for returning items without prior confirmation from Griff Trading Ltd.
